Guided Jeep Tours in the Royal Gorge

Climb aboard a customized jeep and prepare to be amazed at the beauty of grandeur of the Royal Gorge region. While you won’t want to forget your camera to capture the vistas, you’ll also learn about the unique history of the area. From tales of native american folklore and western development, to Jurassic history and information about the unique local geology, you’ll find the tours aren’t just incredibly scenic but also quite interesting!

You’ll ride in comfort in the open-air customized jeeps that seat seven to eight guests. Tours take you over the famous Royal Gorge Bridge, a thousand feet above the Arkansas River. Jeeps operate year around – during cooler periods of the year the jeeps can be zippered shut to keep you warm and comfortable. Our friends at Colorado Jeep Tours take pride in offering the same level of guest service you’ll find at Royal Gorge Cabins. Experienced guides are locals to the area, and have a passion for sharing the history and beauty of the region. And with over 25 years in the tourism industry the folks at Colorado Jeep Tours are able to offer you, the guest, tours in exclusive terrain due to relationships with private landowners and permits through the Bureau of Land Management.
